What, you don’t want to be cool anymore? We still want you to be completely comfortable, so we have made our return policy super easy.
We’ll refund your payment, less shipping and handling, when you return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original condition and packaging. Yeah, that does mean unused, unworn, brand new, unlaundered, unblemished.
Items that are purchased as a set must be returned as a set. That is specific to bundled items like a Cool Links® and a set of additional cubes.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on customized items, gift cards or clearance items.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
The Process
Send us an email to info@thecoollinks.com describing the issue and include your receipt or proof of purchase. Remember, we need to get this email and your item must be posted marked/ship dated no later than 30 days from delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund, less shipping and handling, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
